I believe in the power of shared experiences and the strength that comes from connecting with others on the journey of emotional healing. Our community is a space where everyone is welcome, regardless of background or circumstances. I am committed to making emotional empowerment accessible to all, which is why I offer free events like the Walk of Shame, a walk and talk event where we explore and release the weight of shame together.

Whether you're joining me for a free event or engaging in deeper work through a 1:1 session, you'll find a supportive community that values authenticity, vulnerability, and growth. Together, we can break the cycle of emotional suppression and create a culture of openness and understanding.

We WALK & TALK on the topic of shame.

Join the movement, and experience this fun and uplifting way to meet people, connect on a deep level and train your unshaming muscles. We meet outside and enjoy the relaxation of being in nature and the cathartic and grounding qualities of walking in beautiful woodland or natural park surroundings.

Through open conversations about our struggles, feelings, emotions, desires, taboo topics, sharing of shit that happened to us, we develop the muscle of vulnerability and authenticity. As we connect we create community and dispel the power that shame holds over us, stopping us from living to our full potential and letting joy into our lives.
