Where interiors meet life

What happens when we don’t feel and express ourselves truthfully?

It all starts with this simple truth: our emotions shape our health and well-being in powerful ways. When we suppress or ignore our emotions, they don’t just disappear—they get stored in our bodies, creating blocks that can lead to physical and emotional dis-ease.

Take shame for example. Unfelt and unspoken shame can cause us to play smaller than we are, hold back our true selves, or people-please just to feel worthy. When we don’t address our shame, it controls us, affecting everything from our relationships to our sense of purpose.

Anxiety is often another sign of blocked emotions. We try to push through, ignore, or numb the discomfort, but the truth is, anxiety can be a signal that something deeper is asking for our attention. The antidote? Healthy expression. Learning to feel and express emotions in a healthy way, is the remedy you didn’t know you needed.

“What we resist, persists. What we feel, we heal.”

— Carl Jung

What is emotional release?

Neo Emotional Release (NER) is a holistic approach that focuses on recognizing, expressing, and releasing blocked emotions to promote healing and personal growth. Unlike traditional therapies that may emphasize talk-based approaches, NER integrates body awareness and emotional processing to address the root causes of emotional distress. It is a multi-sensory and somatic experience, where the facilitator supports the client to tap into their own resources. This method encourages individuals to connect thier bodies ‘in the moment’. To witness and be led by the sensations and the feelings. The beauty in this, is accessing subconscious memories within the body, enabling them to release stored emotions, chronic dis-ease and foster a sense of physical lightness, a greater sense of well-being, self worth and clarity to move forward in life.

Ask yourself this…

1.What emotions have you been holding onto that you’re ready to release?

2. Where in your life do you feel most stuck or unfulfilled?

3. Do you wonder why you just can’t shake those ‘bad’ habits. Emotional eating, drinking too much alcohol, social media, gaming? Or perhaps you lack the will to change?

4. Do you often feel like you're carrying a weight that you can’t seem to shake?

5. Have you noticed any physical symptoms (e.g., headaches, fatigue, tension) that might be connected to emotional stress?

6. What patterns or behaviors are you ready to break free from to live a more intentional life?

7. How do you currently manage feelings of anxiety, stress, or overwhelm?

8. What would it feel like to step into an empowered, authentic version of self?

9. Is there something that you are afraid to be, for fear of rejection or judgement?

10. What support do you need right now to create the life you want to live?

What does a session look like?

Using a combination of verbal guidance, psychosomatic bodywork and expressive breath, we connect gently, loudly, with activation, with calm, with tears or just with silence.

We follow the rhythm of your emotional waves, guided by the cues and resistance your body signals, to find out whether gentleness or a little courage is required.

These sessions adapt to your individual body language and readiness, ensuring we proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. From gentle, supportive touch to cathartic emotional release, each session will unfold naturally and honour your individual journey.

At the heart of this work is creating a safe space for real human connection that promotes authenticity, vulnerability and the full expression of your emotions.
